PROVISIONAL NOTICE
23RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
THE FINANCIAL PLANNING ASSOCIATION OF MALAYSIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Twenty-third Annual General Meeting of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia will be held on Saturday, 24 June 2023 from 9.00am – 1.00pm at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC)
Under Clause 6.5 to 6.7 of our current Constitution, any Certified Member who desires to propose a motion at the Annual General Meeting shall submit the proposed motion in writing to the BOG wherein the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- Certified Member must have fully paid all fees payable in respect of his membership; and
- Proposed motion must be registered at this link, AGM Motion Form not less than forty- five (45) days before the date of the twenty-third Annual General Meeting. The link will close on 10th May 2023.
The BOG shall have the absolute discretion of whether to accept or reject any proposed motion. The BOG shall notify the relevant members at the Annual General Meeting of the reasons for any proposed motions submitted to the Board that are not put forth at the annual general meeting.
The AGM will be conducted in a hybrid mode with the link to be provided 2 days before the event.
