1Will you sell me product during or after this program?
As an not for profit organization, FPAM is fully driven by the mission to raise financial literacy awareness among Malaysian through our effort in providing pure educational program. FPAM also does not have any product distribution agreement, partnership with any product providers or financial institution, which legally is required for any party to involve in distribution of financial products. Through the syllabus carefully and thoroughly created with its qualified panel of certified member who re also practitioners, our aim is to increase the cognitive ability in participant to make decision for their financial future.
2Must the employee attend all the sessions / modules?
We understand that learning outcome is best achieved when participant is driven by inner motivation to learn. While learning can propel us to improve, we are also mindful that personal finance is unique to each person and participant different life stage will find certain topic relevant and applicable to them. EFW is a program me with a wide selection of modules covering different areas and topics. This allows customization and in selecting modules that suits to the profile of employees to encourage participation and engagement. For participants who completed the modules selected for them by the employer, they will also receive a certificate of completion as well as a complimentary one hour financial clinic session with licensed financial planner to conduct an assessment on their financial position. Knowing our financial situation can help in empowering an employee to be more focused, engaged at work.
