Facilitator Profile – Hoe Seng Foon
Hoe is a Registered Financial Planner® (RFP). Currently, he holds Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission and Financial Advisor’s Representative license from Bank Negara Malaysia.
Prior to joining Whitman, he has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Teh Jiansheng, CFP®, Holistic Investment Planner, is the Vice President at Whitman Independent Advisors. Since joining the financial services industry in 2019, he has been actively providing holistic financial advice covering areas such as retirement planning, tax and estate planning, insurance planning, and more.
Jiansheng holds both the Unit Trust Consultant (UTC) and Private Retirement Scheme Consultant (PRC) licenses, and he is an iFast Symposium Qualifier.
Apart from that, he holds a Degree and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He is also licensed under the Capital Market Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) and the Financial Advisor’s Representative
