Annie J. Morgis is a Leadership and People Development Trainer/Facilitator and ICF Certified Coach/Mentor.
She believes that intentional, mindful leadership is very important in today’s VUCA world. Her work focuses on helping her clients to realize their authentic self and find fulfilment for themselves and the people that they lead.
She is passionate about uncovering and unleashing the potential in individuals for teams and organizations through development and capability building. Having worked with multiple organizations, from various industries and individuals, she has seen the impact of Training and Coaching on them. With almost twenty years of local and international corporate experience, she brings both insight into and firsthand experience of the pressures and challenges leaders and team members in busy and volatile working environment face.

Annie believes in a humanistic approach in supporting individuals/teams in learning how to relate and communicate in ways that enable them to overcome challenges, discover new ways to lead and manage, and cultivate deeper trust withing their organizations. Her approach is based upon being mindful of, open to and curious about our own blind spots, strengths, and gaps so that she can partner and lead from a place of openness and honesty. Tools, models, and exercises provide a platform for discussion, with the “deeper” evolving from an environment of safety and openness in which people can put their conflicting views on the table without fear of reprisal.

1. How long will each physical program take?
Each physical program is the equivalent of a day’s CE Workshop training for approximately 8 hours with the morning & afternoon coffee break and lunch in between. The duration of the program excluding the break is 6 hours.
2. Can I attend only half the sessions of the training?
You will need to sit in for the session throughout the day unless you have a valid reason or a copy of proof.
