Alex Lee

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

With extensive experience and a proven track record in the financial planning industry, Alex Lee brings an abundance of expertise and leadership to the association as it embarks on its next phase of growth and success. Alex Lee joins FPAM with a distinguished career spanning 36 years in the financial planning industry. His visionary leadership style, combined with a commitment to excellence, will undoubtedly elevate FPAM’s profile and ensure its continued success. Alex Lee assumed his role as the CEO of FPAM on 17 July 2023.

Alice Wong

Head of Continuing Education, Events, Examination and Renewals

Alice Wong has a Master Degree from Strathclyde University, UK, and she has combined experience in banking, investment banking, and ultimately transitioning into the education sector with a focus on financial planning. Alice joins FPAM in 2021 as an Examination Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the development and administration of examinations related to financial planning. This role allows her to work closely with industry professionals, educators, and regulators.

Muthraj Suppiah

Head of Finance, Admin and IT

Muthraj Suppiah is heading the Finance, Administration, and IT department at FPAM. He joined FPAM in June 2014. Graduated with a degree in Commerce and Management majoring in Accounting, Muthraj has 28 years of experience in accounting with exposure to diverse industries such as manufacturing, property development, and retail medical supplies prior to joining FPAM. FAIT is a dedicated team that provides backend support for FPAM operations, which covers membership, workshops, events, hardware, and other admin matters.
