PROVISIONAL NOTICE
22ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
THE FINANCIAL PLANNING ASSOCIATION OF MALAYSIA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Twenty-second Annual General Meeting of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia will be held on Saturday, 25 June 2022 at 10.00 am.

Under Clause 6.5 to 6.7 of our current Constitution, any Certified Member who desires to propose a motion at the annual general meeting shall submit the proposed motion in writing to the BOG wherein the following conditions must be fulfilled:

1. Certified Member must have fully paid all fees payable in respect of his membership; and
2. Proposed motion must be deposited via email to the Management Office not less than forty- five (45) days before the date of the twenty-second annual general meeting.

The BOG shall have the absolute discretion whether to accept or reject any proposed motion. The BOG shall notify the relevant members at the Annual General Meeting of the reasons for any proposed motions submitted to the Board that are not put forth at the annual general meeting.

The AGM will be conducted virtually, in line with safety practices amid the ongoing efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
