Financial Planning Association of Malaysia wishes to inform that its office will be closed from 17^th May 2021 to 21^st May 2021.  FPAM has activated its Work from Home (WFH) policy for all its employees’ during this period.

One of our employees has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus on Saturday, 15^th May 2021 and is currently receiving medical attention. The employee is suspected to have contracted the virus outside of the office as the employee has only worked in office on May 5^th and May 10^th respectively.

FPAM wishes to reaffirm that the health and wellbeing of its employees are of utmost priority and will continue to take precautions to curb the spread of Covid-19.  FPAM is conducting full disinfection of the office and is sending employees who has been in contact with the infected staff for swab tests.

Since the start of the pandemic, FPAM has taken necessary preventive measures to help contain the spread of the virus, which includes:

1. Townhalls to update and alert employees on the Covid-19 pandemic.
2. Temperate checks for all employees, visitors, vendors at the office.
3. Staff attendance records and MySejahtera scan for all employees, visitors, vendors at the office.
4. Routine sanitization and cleaning of office every start and end of the day.
5. Provide sufficient supply of hand sanitizers, face mask and air purifier sprays at office.
6. Physical distancing among employees in office by limiting number of employees at a time and on rotation.

We will continue to observe the policy and guidelines set in line with the Movement Control Order (MCO), to ensure the safety of its stakeholders, members, and employees whom are of great priority and importance.
